BROADWAY SEASON SUBSCRIBER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
NEW ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED after all current subscribers have the opportunity to renew their current seat(s), add seats, change location and/or series. However, submitting an order form today is the BEST WAY to secure your place in line to all open seats once the new subscriptions begin. Your credit card will not be charged until seats are assigned. Once seating is assigned, you will be mailed a confirmation with your seating location and series.
HOW DO I KNOW I WILL GET THE SEATS I WANT?
Broadway season tickets are a popular entertainment package. We try our best to assign seats within your request. Please be specific when requesting seating. Add a current daytime phone number that we may reach you during our regular office hours to discuss seating if needed.
WHEN MAY I PURCHASE TICKETS TO BROADWAY BONUS PRODUCTIONS?
You will be notified either by mail, email or at the Hall when you may begin purchasing tickets for Broadway Bonus productions. Keep your contact information up-to-date. If your address changes, notify our office immediately.
WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL TICKETS?
As a Broadway Season Subscriber you may purchase additional tickets to any of our shows before we start selling single tickets to the general public. The dates you may begin purchasing additional tickets will be mailed to you with your season tickets.
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE TICKETS?
We understand scheduling conflicts occur and as subscribers, tickets may be exchanged for a different performance date of each show. If a conflict occurs, bring your ticket(s) to the box office and a ticket agent will help you with the exchange. There is a $1 per ticket exchange fee. The dates you may begin exchanging tickets will be mailed to you with your season tickets.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Tickets will be mailed approximately mid-August. If your address changes, please call the Hammons Hall Box Office at 836-7678 or outside the Springfield area (888) 476-7849.
WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?
Hammons Hall Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Summer hours (Memorial Day through Labor Day) are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
