Benefits of Forming a Group

Priority Seating

Group customers are generally entitled to priority seating for shows in the Broadway series. After series subscription sales are over, the Broadway shows immediately go on sale to groups – giving group customers the opportunity to place tickets on hold before the shows go on sale to the general public. Groups are seated in the order the reservation is taken.

Flexible Pricing

Coordinating the busy schedules of everyone in your group is hard enough – don't let economics exclude anyone in your group from a night at the Hall. The flexible pricing option is for members of the same group with different sized pocketbooks. Some members of your group may wish to reserve tickets in the Petite Balcony, while others may want to reserve a more expensive ticket in the Front Orchestra. No problem! Your group may spread out its reserved tickets over multiple price ranges of the same performance of an event, accommodating everyone's budget.

Forming a Group

Additional information is available if your church, bank, school or organization is planning to advertise tickets for a performance. Digital artwork, black and white or color photographs, flyers, posters and informational copy regarding the performance are often available upon request and can easily be shared with you.

And For an Encore

Let us help you arrange a special evening for your group, complete with performance tickets and a pre- or post-performance reception or presentation. This is a unique way to entertain business associates, entice professionals to attend your company's presentation or to simply meet and have fun with your organization. The Hall has two unique reception spaces and can provide private catering needs and special requests at minimal cost. This is based on availability.
