Swiss pianist Louis Schwizgebel-Wang won First Prize in the 2007 Young Concert Artists International Auditions. He has appeared in concert in his native Switzerland, China, the United States and the United Kingdom. Born in 1987 in Geneva, Schwizgebel-Wang began his piano studies at the age of six. Three years later he entered the Lausanne Conservatory and earned his “Soloists Diploma” at the age of fifteen. He currently works with Pascal Devoyon at the Universität der Künst in Berlin. His mother, who is Chinese, and his father, who is Swiss, are both visual artists.
