Load-In

Load in at northwest corner of building. Dock is capable of accepting two trucks. Parking is available in the same lot for 6 additional trucks. Dock is 4'0". Entrance to building is by way of 12' by 12' roll-up door. Wardrobe may load directly into the wardrobe area by way of 6' by 8' doors left of loading dock.

From Tulsa, Oklahoma: Take I-44 North to Springfield

From Little Rock, Arkansas: Take Us 65 North through Harrison Ark, and Branson, Mo to Springfield

From I-44: 

• Take Glenstone south to Cherry St.
• Turn West on Cherry.
• Drive 1.5 miles to John Q. Hammons Parkway.
• Hammons Hall is the white building on the north side of Cherry St. The bus and truck parking is behind the building.

From US 65 or US 60:

• Take Glenstone north to Cherry St.
• Turn west on Cherry
• Drive 1.5 miles to John Q.Hammons Parkway.
• Hammons Hall is the white building on the north side of Cherry St. The bus and truck parking is behind the building.

Orchestra Shell

• J.R. Clancy custom orchestra shell is available for use.
• Size is 60'x36' in front to 45'x29' in back.
• Depth is 25'.
• When stored, the shell takes up no stage space. The ceiling is permanently hung and extremely hard to remove. Winches for ceiling are located SL and control is SR.

Power

• 2 Company switches are located Stage Left. 400 amp 3 phase 4 wire - Mechanical ground, water pipe or ground rod available. Ground rod cable must be run separate a total of 100'.
• 1 Company switch is located Upstage Left on back wall. 400 amp 3 phase 4 wire - Mechanical ground, water pipe or ground rod available.
• 1 Company switch is Stage Right. 200 amp 3 phase 4 wire - Mechanical or cold water pipe available.
• 2 Bus shore power disconnects are located at the dock. 60 amp 3 phase 4 wire - Mechanical ground available.
• Other power as needed available on request.
