Hailing from historic County Waterford, Danú is one of the leading traditional Irish ensembles of today. For over a decade, the band’s virtuosi players on flute, tin whistle, fiddle, button accordion and bouzouki and vocals (Irish and English) have performed around the globe and recorded seven critically acclaimed albums. Danú – named for the mythic mother goddess of the first Celtic tribes of Ireland – takes audiences on a musical journey to their native land, offering a moving and memorable concert experience featuring high-energy performances and a glorious mix of ancient Irish music and new repertoire.

Introduction to the Performance (6:45 pm): Dan O’Day, Greater Ozarks Bluegrass Society
