Program Advertising

Juanita K. Hammons Hall is our community's home for the finest in professional entertainment, and distributes thousands of printed programs to our audience members every season. Slightly less than 2/3 of those patrons are 59 years old or younger—more than 1/3 are 60+. Nearly one in two patrons have a household income of $50,000 per year or greater, and 71% of our audience is college educated. When you advertise in our season program book, your ad will be seen by this desirable audience every time they attend a show presented by Hammons Hall!

File Preparation Instructions

Please submit your artwork electronically. When supplying an InDesign file for advertising placement, you must supply all image files and all fonts. We will not be responsible for any error due to missing files. When providing a PDF from InDesign, use the “Press Quality” resolution setting, as this will create a 300 ppi file. This also usually resolves un-outlined font issues. Photos must be saved as CMYK or grayscale at 300 dpi. Tiff,jpeg and pngfiles are all acceptable file formats. Vector files should be saved as EPS files. Submitting a fully packaged version of your ad along with your file is highly recommended. Hammons Hall will not be responsible for artwork not meeting these specifications and additional charges will be incurred for any revisions.
