The Performance Society

The Performance Society is the annual fund for Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.

Like most performing arts venues, Hammons Hall relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses. Gifts to The Performance Society help support performances, educational and community outreach programs, and the ongoing operation of the Hall. Your support makes it possible to bring exceptional artists and diverse entertainment to southwest Missouri.

Members are recognized throughout the season in Hall programs and through the Missouri State University Foundation. All members receive early e-mail notification of upcoming events, ticket pre-sale opportunities, and invitations to special events. Members at the Mezzanine level and above also receive ticket vouchers and additional benefits.

Contributions are tax deductible, less the value of any benefits received, and are acknowledged with a tax receipt from the Missouri State University Foundation office.

Your investment helps keep ticket prices affordable while supporting world-class performances that enrich Missouri State University, Springfield, and communities throughout the region.

Benefits of Membership

All levels receive recognition in programs at events presented by Juanita K. Hammons Hall, early notification via e-mail of upcoming events and ticket pre-sales, and invitations to special events. In addition, specific donor levels also receive the following:

Grand Foyer Level ($5,000 or more)

  • 14 single-ticket vouchers*
  • Complimentary parking at Hammons Hall events
  • $100 concession voucher
  • Private backstage tour (subject to tour schedule & policies)

Grand Tier ($2,500 - $4,999)

  • 10 single-ticket vouchers*
  • 4 parking vouchers to use at Hammons Hall events
  • $50 concession voucher
  • Private backstage tour (subject to tour schedule & policies)

Loge Level ($1,000 - $2,499)

  • 6 single-ticket vouchers*
  • 2 parking vouchers to use at Hammons Hall events

Mezzanine Level ($500 - $999)

  • 4 single-ticket vouchers*
  • 1 parking voucher to use at a Hammons Hall event

Interlude Level ($50 - $499)

  • 1 parking voucher to use at a Hammons Hall event

* Ticket vouchers have a maximum value of $50 each and may be credited toward most events at Hammons Hall, whether sponsored by the Hall and/or an outside promoter. Exceptions may include a gala or comparable event hosted by the Hall, an outside group or company; or a show’s VIP package or comparable add-on experience. Vouchers may be used toward the purchase of Broadway season tickets at the time of series subscription order. Only one voucher may be used per ticket.
